[url=http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/stl/jcr/2009/00002009/00000001/art00004?token=005412ce3a405847447b494a6c5f4025763b7479215833757e6f3f2f2730673f582f6b0a462a4cb4d2a1]doi:10.3184/030823409X393628[/url] [b]Hazard Assessment[/b] [data]4326[/data] [b]Procedure[/b] To a solution of MNR66-1 (recovered from MNR67-1)(0.260 g, 1.29 mmol) in dioxane (3 mL) was added a 4-fluoroanilne (0.12 mL, 1.29 mmol) and Yb(OTf)3 (0.08 g, 0.13 mmol) the resulting mixture was heated to reflux for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature. TLC of the reaction mixture at this time showed very little, if any, conversion, of the 4-fluoroanilne.
